DISPATCH TIMES 
Turnaround times are 4-6 weeks due to all items being handmade.
These times are subject to change depending on time of year or current workload.
If you require an order for a specific deadline, please specify as we can often accommodate these requirements.

SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery & Hermes standard delivery.
If you wish to upgrade to 1st class delivery or tracked / signed for, please do say as this can be added to your order at an extra cost.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels once they leave our premises.
Alternatively collection is available from Exmouth, Devon.

PAYMENT
Payment is taken before your item is made.
Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Once full payment is received your order will then be processed.

REFUNDS
Due to items being personalised there are strictly no refunds.
If an item is faulty or damaged or there is a problem with your order (due to our wrong doing) then please contact us with a description and photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your product for a replacement. If replacement is not applicable, only then a refund will be given.
